Brand Manager (FMCG – Giza/Alexandria)

Join the team of a leading FMCG producer and distributor, known for its high-quality, innovative products. 

We are looking for a dynamic  Brand Manager to drive brand growth, innovation, and market leadership in the FMCG sector.  

The Brand Manager will lead and execute brand activities to drive growth, strengthen market position, and improve key brand performance indicators in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Location: Giza or Alexandria. 

Key Accountabilities 

  • Develop and implement brand plans and annual marketing calendar to support business targets.
  • Monitor brand performance across key KPIs and generate monthly reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with market research and insights teams to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor activities.
  • Drive execution of consumer and trade marketing campaigns with cross-functional coordination.
  • Align with sales team to optimize trade marketing activities and ensure consistency in messaging and ROI.
  • Support innovation pipeline by working closely with R&D, production, and supply chain on new product developments or improvements.
  • Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign activations across all platforms and channels.
  • Track and report brand profitability and manage brand budget efficiently.
  • Contribute to NPD launches and post-launch evaluations.
  • Liaise with external agencies for creative, media, and digital executions

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Nielsen or similar tools is a plus.
