- Develop and maintain 4D BIM models by integrating BIM models with project schedules and construction activities.
- Link model elements with construction schedules, WBS, activities, and milestones to support project planning and sequencing.
- Develop and manage 5D BIM workflows integrating quantities, BOQs, cost data, and model information.
- Coordinate with planning, project controls, commercial, procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure accurate BIM-based project information.
- Review BIM models and ensure model data is suitable for quantity take-off, cost estimation, scheduling, and project controls.
- Support construction sequencing, 4D simulations, visual planning, and progress monitoring to identify potential delays, sequencing issues, and construction risks.
- Perform model-based quantity extraction and validation, ensuring alignment between BIM quantities, BOQs, and project requirements.
- Support cost planning, budget monitoring, variation assessment, and 5D cost management using BIM-based information.
- Identify and resolve model, schedule, quantity, and cost-related discrepancies through coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate BIM models with architectural, structural, MEP, infrastructure, and other multidisciplinary models to support integrated project planning.
- Monitor BIM deliverables and ensure models, schedules, quantities, cost information, and coordination outputs are delivered according to project requirements and timelines.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings, planning workshops, constructability reviews, and progress meetings.
- Support value engineering and constructability reviews by analyzing project quantities, sequencing, and cost implications.
- Develop BIM-based dashboards, reports, simulations, and visualizations to support project management and decision-making.
- Coordinate with Saudi-based project and site teams to incorporate actual progress, construction updates, and site information into 4D/5D BIM workflows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to BIM engineers/modelers involved in 4D/5D activities.
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and management of BIM, schedule, quantity, and cost-related information.
