As a BD & Marketing Specialist you will be responsible to drive business growth by expanding the firm’s client base across diverse sectors and company sizes (large, medium, small enterprises, and entrepreneurs). The role focuses on professionally marketing audit services, financial consulting, special reports, and local content services through structured field visits, impactful presentations, persuasive value propositions, and strong relationship management to achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Accountabilities:

  • Conduct field and exploratory visits to organizations across various industries.
  • Present a comprehensive and professional overview of the firm’s service portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Diagnose client needs and propose tailored professional and financial solutions.
  • Prepare visit reports and ensure timely updates of CRM records.
  • Translate complex technical and financial concepts into simple, client-friendly language.
  • Lead value-based sales discussions and pitching sessions.
  • Handle client objections effectively and professionally.
  • Manage the end-to-end client lifecycle, from prospecting to closing and follow-up.
  • Coordinate closely with audit and technical teams to ensure service quality.
  • Follow up on contracts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in professional services or B2B environments.
  • Good understanding of professional and financial services (audit, consulting, special reports).
  • Proven background in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to explain technical and financial services in a simple, clear manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.
  • Comfortable conducting field visits and engaging with decision-makers.
  • Experience using CRM systems and preparing sales reports.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
