As B2B Sales Specialist, you will drive business growth by developing and managing strategic partnerships with workshops, retailers, and corporate clients. This is a performance-driven role focused on identifying opportunities, expanding market reach, and delivering tailored solutions that support the company’s rapid expansion in Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients (e.g., workshops, wholesalers, fleet operators, and service centers) and grow existing accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular engagement, understanding business needs, and positioning YourParts’ digital solutions and product portfolio.
  • Promote the company’s marketplace offerings and digital platform to enhance clients’ procurement and parts sourcing processes.
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities, trends, and competitive dynamics within the KSA auto spare parts industry.
  • Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and commercial offers tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contract agreements in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with operations, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools and generate periodic sales reports to monitor performance and pipeline progress.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall market expansion objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to increase brand visibility.
  • Support marketing teams in developing targeted B2B campaigns and promotions.
  • Provide post-sale support and act as the primary point of contact to resolve client issues and ensure high retention rates.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within key accounts.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within automotive spare parts, automotive aftermarket, logistics, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of the local auto parts market, distribution models, and client procurement processes.
  • Familiarity with digital marketplaces, e-commerce, or platform-based sales models is highly preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong business acumen with a consultative selling approach.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is required.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
