As an Area Sales Manger you will Lead and drive sales performance, operational excellence, and commercial execution across assigned stores within the region to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer experience targets.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve and exceed regional sales, margin, and conversion targets.
- Monitor KPIs: sales per sqm, ATV, basket size, conversion rate, shrinkage.
- Drive seasonal campaigns, promotions, and category pushes.
- Ensure proper execution of pricing, displays, and promotional guidelines.
- Analyze weekly sales reports and identify corrective actions.
- Ensure operational standards across all assigned branches.
- Maintain stock availability and minimize OOS.
- Control shrinkage and enforce loss prevention measures.
- Ensure VM and merchandising standards are consistent.
- Lead Store Managers and Sales Supervisors.
- Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Ensure high service standards.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or any related field
- 7+ years in retail sales or multi-store management.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth.
- Strong existing network within the Saudi retail and commercial market.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and open business opportunities.
- Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
- Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Leadership experience managing Store Managers or branch leaders.
