Job Context: working as an Area Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple restaurants within a designated geographical area. This role requires strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a focus on driving sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities
The position involves:
- Ensure adherence to company standards, policies, and procedures across all restaurants in the area.
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, including food quality, service standards, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Implement operational improvements and initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and address any issues promptly.
- Optimize day-to-day activities

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We are Looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven 4 Years of experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in multi-unit operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel as needed.
