Job Context: working as Strategic Planning Consultant  entails overseeing various projects and initiatives aimed at improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness. 

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

  • Managing and coordinating multiple administrative projects simultaneously.
  • Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with client needs and firm objectives.
  • Monitoring project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Providing regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
  • Conducting post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in administrative project management.


Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or relevant field preferred.
  • PMP certification is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative project management or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
