As an Administrative coordinator  you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. 

Key Accountabilities 

The position involves: 

  • Schedule meetings, preparing agendas,  and handling other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including managing supplies, equipment maintenance, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  •  Maintain and update databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality 
  • Assist various departments with administrative tasks as needed, providing flexibility and support across the organization.
  • Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials, presentations, and other design-related projects.
  • Manage invoices, process expense reports, and assist with budget tracking.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or relevant field . 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or a similar role. 
  • Familiarity with design software and tools. 
  • Proficiency in English is needed. 
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Preference for female candidates.
